Assassins Creed 2 Gameplay Trailer

Ubisoft just released this nicely done gameplay trailer for their upcoming game Assassins Creed 2.

While I’m personally not excited about AC2, I’m sure many of you are. I played Assassins Creed and while at first it looked like an exciting game, after about thirty minutes I realized I’ve seen and done pretty much everything.

For some odd reason I actually managed to force myself and play through the entire game hoping there will be some sort of a reasonable ending and closure at the but I was unfortunately disappointed. The best part, I had to look up some cheats in order to kill the last “boss” due to a bug — needless to say it was frustrating. I have to admit I wouldn’t want that experience repeated, and from what I can tell from this trailer, Assassins Creed 2 doesn’t bring anything new at the table.

The game got many excellent reviews when it was released which still puzzles me. Why exactly people spend hours and hours with this game I fail to understand, but if you’re looking for another dose of boring and repetitive gameplay, you’ll get your chance this November.
